The sale of Middleby Residential to investment firm 26North is complete. Middleby Residential includes grill brands like Masterbuilt, Kamado Joe, and Char-Griller. The Residential business unit was sold into a joint venture with 26North where Middleby retained a 49% non-controlling interest.
