Fontana released the Volta pizza oven this week that combines the latest tech with the proven cooking excellence of a traditional Italian pizza oven. Their new oven has a digital controller that lets you set the temperature of the oven, and it does the rest.

Not only can you control the temperature on the display, you can also do it on your phone with their app. This is in addition to other features like viewing temperture readings, setting alarms, etc. It adds a new level of cooking versatility to the oven.

It also has other new non-tech features including a design that gives more space when cooking with wood, and more powerful burners.

Blackstone also had a big grill release this week and it wasn't anything you'd expect from them. They released the Bronco Open Flame, which is a Santa Maria style grill. It comes complete with a brasero, and it's at an affordable cost for this style of grill.

Traeger is going to have a shareholders' meeting on March 6th to vote on doing a reverse stock split. Their stock has been near or under $1 for months now, which isn't in compliance with listing rules. The reverse stock split would boost their share price to help them regain compliance and stay listed.

Napoleon released some new grills for their less expensive Freestyle line. They released a 4-burner griddle that's 36 inches and a PRO version of the Freestyle gas grill. The PRO version brings a infrared side burner downmarket from the more expensive models.

Finally, Ace Hardware has started the new year with some awards. They were recognized as being a top franchise and they also were awarded for customer service.
