Traeger may have a new pellet grill coming out called the Westwood. Based on information that’s starting to show up online, it appears to be a direct competitor to the Weber Smoque.
It’s a grill that’s priced at the bottom end of Traeger’s new connected grills. Like the Smoque, it has a lower temperature range that’s more suitable for smoking than grilling. It’s nice addition to round out the Traeger
line-up.

He comes with a significant background in connectivity and the IoT space which will be an asset to the company. Ninja’s outdoor products haven’t been too heavy in connected grilling thus far, but they did release a connected version of the Woodfire Grill.
