Attending the HPBExpo last week I got to see how much innovation W.C. Bradley Co.'s grill brands have been putting it out. From barrel cookers to griddles with swappable tiles, they have a product for everybody. It was really impressive to see it all in one area.
Another company with an impressive showing at the HPBExpo was Broil King. They also have been innovating, especially around hybrid grills.
This year they'll have a Kamado grill coming out that has a digital controller and also runs on pellets. They also are releasing a conversion kit so one of their gas grill can run on pellets.
I'll have at least one more wrap-up article on the HPBExpo coming out soon. There were a bunch of great products there that I want to make sure to highlight.
Ooni released two new pizza ovens this week in their Koda gas oven line. The new ovens are the Koda 2 and the
Koda 2 Pro. The Koda 2 replaces their popular Koda 12 and the Koda 2 Pro sits between the Koda 2 and the Koda 2 Max both in terms of size and features. The new ovens got bigger, and more efficient. The whole line now can work with their connected digital hub.
Finally, Traeger released a smaller griddle this week. It's called the Flatrock Two Zone and, as the name would imply, it's a two-burner griddle. It has the features people like about the larger model, but in a smaller
package.
