Good Morning!
The HPBExpo kicked off this week offering an opportunity to see lots of new products and catch-up with the wonderful people in the live-fire industry. I'll have more detailed articles in the coming weeks, but I have some quick takeaways from my time
there.
First, W.C. Bradley's brands (Charbroil, Oklahoma Joe's, and Pit Boss) have the best line-up out there. It was impressive to see the variety and versatility that they offer. From the Versa-Tile griddle, to the new Bronco drum smoker, the Tahoma gravity smoker, plus their latest pellet grills and gas grills. When they're all together it's quite the collection.
Broil King has some really cool innovations coming out. They have two different hybrid grills that will be different than anything on the market. I'm excited for them to be released in the coming months.
For
griddles, Eno has a new non-stick enameled griddle that you can use metal utensils on, which is different that anything out there. Not only is the griddle top of the highest quality, the griddle overall had a nice look to it. Blackstone also had a large booth nearby with some nice looking built-ins and improvements on their premium line.
I was excited to see Charlie charcoal ovens in person. They have a design and colors that really pop, and the build on their ovens
feels top notch. Another brand starting to make inroads in the US is Kamado brand BSTRD. They have a swappable shelf system that was a smart design.
Coyote had a big showing with all their luxury grills. All their gas grills and their pellet grill looked and felt really nice in person. Napoleon is another brand that had good showing. Their new Phantom Prestige looked really nice in pictures, but even better in person.
Finally, it was cool to see the Zwilling Flammkraft in person. It's an all-infrared burner grill that is the top tier of luxury grilling.
