Of course, a pellet manufacturer isn’t the only business that Vista Outdoor has been working on divesting. This week they rejected MNC Capital’s latest offer and received a higher price from CSG for their Sporting Products division. They said they could close with CSG as soon as this month, pending the results of an upcoming shareholder vote.

The BBQ Central Show had a really interesting interview with Winners Products co-owner, James Hou this week. You may not be
familiar with Winners Products, but they manufacture grills for many popular brands. They also recently produced the Member's Mark thermostatic grill for Sam's Club. James is an extremely knowledgeable guy that I enjoy listening to.
There’s an innovative new patent out from W.C. Bradley Co. The company with grill brands like Charbroil and Pit Boss has been developing a cold smoke system for their grills. the cook chamber through zoned tubes. It’s a cool idea that we hope will make its way onto a grill.

the origin of it and how it still outsells many grills to this day.
