There’s lots of demand around pizza ovens, and to fill that demand, some new pizza ovens were released this week. Starting with Ooni, they announced the Koda 2 Max, which was at the HPBA expo this year. It’s a 24” oven that has two pizza stones, and two separate burners, for a two-zone setup. It’s also a
connected pizza oven through Ooni’s new app.
Blackstone upgraded their large pizza oven with stainless steel construction. They didn’t just stop with the body of the pizza oven, it has some nice details like cast steel knobs with bronze accents and a matching peel. It’s a great looking oven that continues their expansion into outdoor kitchens.
