I was on The BBQ Central Show this week talking with Greg Rempe about a variety of topics, including grill brands people might not know about, but should. We also covered some topics that we weren't able to talk about last month. It's always a great show, so be sure to give it a listen.

There’s lots of demand around pizza ovens, and to fill that demand, some new pizza ovens were released this week. Starting with Ooni, they announced the Koda 2 Max, which was at the HPBA expo this year. It’s a 24” oven that has two pizza stones, and two separate burners, for a two-zone setup. It’s also a connected pizza oven through Ooni’s new app.

Blackstone upgraded their large pizza oven with stainless steel construction. They didn’t just stop with the body of the pizza oven, it has some nice details like cast steel knobs with bronze accents and a matching peel. It’s a great looking oven that continues their expansion into outdoor kitchens.

Not only did Blackstone release a new pizza oven, they launched new griddles as part of the complete “Select” line of products. The 36" model with a convection oven is especially neat because it has side shelves that fold forward unlocking a whole prep area.

Big Green Egg is bringing back an old favorite to celebrate their 50th anniversary. It’s an improved version of their Chiminea outdoor fireplace from the late 90’s. It’s a cool product that’s only available for a limited time.

Keveri is one of several manufacturers of outdoor charcoal multipurpose ovens. They released a new version of their H1 oven this week called the H1 Inox. It has the same features and specs as the H1, but it has stainless steel construction.

Finally, Primo Grills released a new ceramic cooker with a ton of space. The Primo XXL is available for presale and has 500 square inches of cooking area with the option to add more.
