Traeger and Green Mountain Grills have settled their ongoing lawsuit out of court. There will be no more legal action between the two companies. This will allow both companies to focus on other business matters, including new products.

For Green Mountain Grills, that includes the Ript Grills brand which is set to make wood chip grills. According to Amazing Ribs' Instagram, Ript Grills had a grill at the HPBExpo this week, and they indicated they'll be shipping in 2025.

I love it when a company nails product design. I did a review of the TIKI Brand fire pit, and they really thought through how the fire pit would be used. It makes you have more fires than you would otherwise.

It seems that gas grills have caught on to the trend of smart grilling. Broil King released their new iQue line this week, which can be operated manually or at a set temperature. It also interfaces with your phone through the Broil King app.

Current Backyard, has officially released their electric grill and electric griddle. They launched the brand at CES, where it was an innovation award honoree. I've been cooking on the electric grill for a few weeks and have been impressed with how well it heats up despite it being winter.

It appears that the June Oven is no more. The brand was purchased by Weber in 2021 and led to the tech behind their connected devices. You can't buy a June Oven on their website, and rumor has it that Weber told people at CES there aren't plans for a new oven.

Finally, Napoleon has announced an omnichannel approach to selling their grills. You can buy some grills on their website, and the order will be fulfilled by your local dealer.
